At Dico Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.
Register Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and state the reason for return.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is protected by an outer mailing bag or box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
